Under the direction of the STHS General Manager, the incumbent for this position will take a leadership role for sales at Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing. Of highest priority is developing a strategic sales program related to product development, pricing, and reporting. Assisted by the General Manager, the Sales Manager will develop sales strategies, research ways to penetrate new markets, plan and develop new products, develop competitive pricing models, and provide detailed reports to measure performance and guide business decisions. This includes the development and maintenance of systems to process all heli ski package sales, provide content and direction to the marketing team, assist in planning marketing initiatives, and facilitate media relations.
