How to sell STHS Heli Ski Packages - Step-by-Step for Wholesale Agents
Looking to book guests with STHS? This guide walks you through the process step by step, so you can get your bookings done quickly and easily. We’ve included all the instructions, forms, and resources you’ll need along the way!

step 1: qualify the guest
- Determine skier ability level, powder and tree skiing experience.
- Confirm physical fitness and heli ski experience (if any).
- Ask about group size, preferred travel dates, and how many days of skiing they are looking for.
- Inquire if there are any minors in the group (under 19 years of age).
step 2: present the package options
- Share available package types (e.g., Day-Heli, Multi-Day, Private, Pinnacle).
- Use the rack rate pricing charts on our website which show price fluctuations in accordance with dates.
- *Note: This is NOT an availability chart.
- *Pinnacle package pricing is not online and must be acquired through our reservations team).
- Highlight what’s included. This is package dependent (e.g., Day-Heli vs. Multi-Day; accommodations, meals, etc…).
- Clarify what’s not included. This is package dependent (e.g., Day-Heli vs Multi-Day; accommodations, meals, flights, shuttles, gratuities, travel insurance).
step 3: check availability
- Contact our reservations team to confirm space for the preferred dates and package.

- STHS will hold seats temporarily while the guest(s) decide on package and dates.
step 4: confirm the booking
- Use the ‘Forms and Resources’ tab on this page to procure the correct forms.
- If a minor will be attending, send minor information document and form(s).
- Collect and submit ALL booking forms, and ensure they are complete.
- STHS will issue invoice for deposit/payment as per terms and conditions.
- Booking will be confirmed once ALL required forms are submitted, and deposit/payment is made to STHS.
step 5: support pre-trip preparation
- Provide package itinerary to guest upon confirmation. These are found under the ‘Forms and Resources’ tab on this page.
- Share electronics policy and safety video link 2 weeks prior to trip commencement.
- Ensure final payment is received by the deadline on invoice (4 weeks out for Multi-Day packages).
step 6: stay in touch
- Be available to answer guest questions or assist with add-ons (e.g., transfers).
